While stopped, what to do ?

We took a little wonder up to the closed lock yesterday and realised that Andrew had reversed a mile and a bit to get us back to the 14D moorings.

So this is what stopped us from continuing for the moment:

The ice feathers we woke to see

and we spied this lovely buzzard on the way back but as usual I had the wrong lens on the camera and was not quite set for the long range photography so these are very cropped and a bit fuzzy :-(

and to finish off with the full moon (or should be waning moon as it was full a day or two before) from our first night
